Olaleye Olatunji & Partners ("we", "us", "our") is a real estate agency operating out of Suite 305, Nwukpabi Plaza, Plot 14, Waziri Ibrahim Crescent, Gudu, Abuja, Nigeria, and registered with ESVARBON. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, in line with Nigeria's Data Protection Act 2023 and the NDPR.

We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Contact details submitted through our viewing request, sell/let, and contact forms — name, phone number, email address, and message.
• Account details if you create a tenant portal account — full name, phone number, email, and sign-in method (password or Google).
• Tenancy information, if you become a tenant — lease terms, rent payment records, and property details.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your saved/shortlisted properties are stored only in your own browser (local storage) and never sent to our servers.

• To respond to enquiries and arrange property viewings.
• To process a sale or letting instruction you submit.
• To manage your tenancy, including lease records and rent payment status.
• To operate and secure your tenant portal account.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with:

• Our own staff, on a need-to-know basis.
• Supabase, our database and authentication provider, which stores this data on our behalf.
• Resend, which delivers internal email notifications when you submit a form.
• Google, if you choose to sign in with a Google account.

We retain enquiry and account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Lease and payment records are retained for the period required for our financial and legal record-keeping obligations.

Under the NDPR, you can ask us to:

• Confirm what personal data we hold about you and provide a copy.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your data, or close your account, subject to our legal retention obligations (e.g. active lease or payment records).
• Withdraw consent where we rely on consent to process your data.
