This website is operated by Olaleye Olatunji & Partners, a real estate agency registered with ESVARBON and based in Abuja, Nigeria. By using this site, submitting a form, or creating a tenant portal account, you agree to these terms.

Listings on this site are for information only and do not constitute a binding offer to sell or let. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, but prices, availability, and details can change without notice. Always confirm current details with our team, and inspect a property in person, before making a decision.

Submitting a viewing request or a sell/let instruction does not create a contract between you and us. It is a request for our team to contact you. Any actual agreement — a lease, a sale, or a listing instruction — is made separately, in writing, once we've spoken with you.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity on your account. Lease and rent payment information shown in the portal is provided for your convenience; the lease document itself remains the governing record.

We do not currently process card or bank payments through this website. Rent payments are made directly to us by bank transfer or another method we agree with you, and are recorded in the portal by our team once received. Only our staff can mark a payment as received.

You agree not to misuse this site — including attempting to access accounts that aren't yours, submitting false information, or interfering with the site's normal operation.

This site is provided "as is". While we work to keep it accurate and available, we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information on this site rather than direct confirmation from our team.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
