ESV. Ayoola Olaleye leads Olaleye, Olatunji & Partners — an indigenous Nigerian firm of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (BN 418531) registered with ESVARBON to practice throughout the Federation.

Alongside co-principal ESV. Opemipo Olatunji, Ayoola has built a practice that spans estate agency, property & asset valuation, property investment advisory, facility management, and development consulting — with active mandates in Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and beyond.

His philosophy is the firm's motto: Integrity and Purpose. Verify everything, communicate clearly, and treat every client's transaction with the care it deserves.
